Shipping & Returns 

Our Policy...

  • Shipping & Returns
     

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
       

    • All return requests must be notified to us within 14 days of shipment delivery date.
       

    • Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging intact.
       

    • If you wish to return an item please send us an email at houseofhusseyonline@gmail.com and include your order number, which item(s) you are requesting to return, and reason(s) for return.
       

    • You are responsible for packing the returnable items securely and using a shipping service with tracking as House Of Hussey is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must provide us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return.
       

    • If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorised, store credit will be issued.

  • Damaged or faulty items
     

    • Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date.
       

    • If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to houseofhusseyonline@gmail.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
       

    • We sincerely appreciate your support of our small business and hope you enjoy all of your House Of Hussey finds. :)
